Minooka – Bill Aeschliman, owner of JB Property Pros, LLC, has announced progress in the development of The Preserve at Heritage Woods. This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) aims to provide a seamless transition for seniors as their care needs change.
Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic has joined the Channahon Minooka Chamber, marking the occasion with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Dr. Mark Piechocinski, owner of the clinic, expressed his enthusiasm in a news release: “We are a small animal veterinary clinic specializing in the care of canines and felines. We are proud members of our community. Our staff loves what they do and have an endless passion for the pets in the community.”
Sarah Hughes Farmers Agency has launched a new office in Minooka, providing a range of insurance services to the community. The agency, located inside Heartland Bank at 500 Blair Road, began operations about two months ago and is accepting new clients.
