The ePay online payment platform is currently experiencing difficulties, according to a recent announcement. Payments made between December 12, 2024, and today are not being reflected on the site. Additionally, current billing information is also not being updated.
Efforts are underway by the Village in collaboration with the site provider to retrieve updated utility billing data from newly implemented financial software. However, no specific timeline has been provided for when the issues will be resolved and the site fully restored.
"We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as they are available," stated the announcement.
