A property at 26050 W. Timber Ridge Drive, Channahon was sold on Oct. 9 by Kenneth R. Ziobro for $335,000. The buyer was Edward Goeing.

On Oct. 7, Carlos Brown purchased a property at 25211 S. Fryer St., Channahon from Anthony Reitz.

A property at 24153 S. Burr Road, Channahon was sold on Oct. 2 by Clark Charles Curtis for $173,000. The buyers were Joseph Host and Jeffrey B Short.

Morris Hospital has announced that its partnership with the Morris Community YMCA will culminate in the opening of the new Morris Hospital YMCA on December 16. The facility will host a range of outpatient services previously located at Morris Hospital’s Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Center on Gore Road. These services include physical, occupational, and speech/language therapy, as well as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
