North Central Behavioral Health Systems has expanded its presence in central Illinois with the opening of a new office in Morris. The facility, located at 1802 N. Division St., Suite 222, marks the organization's ninth location.
"North Central Behavioral Health Systems is focused on helping children, adults, and families reach their full potential by offering a wide range of mental health and substance use education, counseling, and many other types of specialty behavioral health services," stated Manager Antonella Manzella.
The organization operates additional offices in Canton, Lacon, Macomb, Ottawa, Princeton, Streator, and two locations in LaSalle. Their services include in-person therapy sessions, crisis intervention support, an urgent care clinic for behavioral health issues, intensive outpatient programs for mental health treatment, psychiatry and medication management services, substance use treatment options, as well as mental health first aid training.
Located within the Morris Business and Technology Center, the new office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on January 30 to commemorate the opening. The event was attended by representatives from the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the City of Morris.

NCBHS offers expertise in areas such as anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder management, depression treatment strategies, family dynamics support including parenting advice and relationship counseling; they also address trauma recovery and loss processing alongside drug and alcohol addiction treatments.
