Thomas J. Dohm, the President and CEO of Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Illinois Health and Hospital Association (IHA). The IHA Board is responsible for shaping policies for the association, which represents over 200 hospitals and nearly 40 health systems across Illinois. Dohm's term began on January 1, 2025, with the first board meeting occurring on January 24.

Before his current role at Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers, Dohm was Vice President of Professional Services at the same institution. He joined Morris Hospital in December 2015 and has since implemented LEAN management strategies and led a $64 million master facility plan.
Dohm's previous positions include Vice President of Support Services at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago from 2014-2015, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Provident Hospital of Cook County from 2011-2014. His career spans over three decades in healthcare leadership roles.
A native of Chicago's south suburbs, Dohm holds an MBA with an emphasis in Health Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree from Governors State University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
In addition to his professional commitments, Dohm is involved in various community organizations. He serves on several boards including Deerpath Ambulatory Surgery Center and Grundy Economic Development Council Board of Directors.
