Channahon Junior High has announced that its 7th-grade girls' basketball team won the Regionals on November 20.
According to the announcement, Channahon defeated Crest Hill Richland in the first round of the Class 7-3A Regionals with a score of 25-19. Prior to this victory, they had also secured wins against Braidwood in Round 1 and Morris in Round 2.
The team is scheduled to compete against Richland Crest Hill again on December 4 at 6:30 p.m. If they advance, Round 2 will take place on December 7, followed by Round 3 on December 12.
